The key distinction

We can transcribe the seller’s seven ingredient names. We cannot verify the amount of each ingredient or confirm a complete current Supplement Facts panel from the reviewed landing-page material. That limits any meaningful comparison with research.

All seven seller-listed ingredients

The following names come from the seller’s “What’s Inside” section. Descriptions are context, not evidence that Akemi Coffee Boost produces the advertised effects. The order below follows that section and should not be interpreted as descending order by weight.

  1. 01 / Green Tea Extract

A tea-derived botanical extract. The seller highlights EGCG catechins.

What to check: Ask for the amount per sachet and the standardized catechin/EGCG content. An extract is not equivalent to drinking brewed tea; NIH notes safety concerns with some concentrated green tea extracts.

  2. 02 / Green Coffee Bean Extract

An extract of unroasted coffee beans. The seller describes chlorogenic acid and identifies this ingredient as the caffeine source.

What to check: Ask for the extract amount, chlorogenic acid standardization and total caffeine specification. The roughly 30 mg caffeine statement is not a disclosure of the extract dose.

  3. 03 / White Kidney Bean Extract

A bean-derived extract marketed by the seller in relation to carbohydrate digestion.

What to check: Ask for the extract amount and how it is standardized. The ingredient name alone cannot establish its activity, tolerability or effect in this formulation.

  4. 04 / Mulberry Leaf Extract

A botanical leaf extract included in the seller’s list.

What to check: Ask for the botanical identity, extract amount and standardization. Discuss it with a clinician or pharmacist if you take medicine affecting blood glucose; do not use a supplement to adjust prescribed treatment.

  5. 05 / L-Carnitine L-Tartrate

The detailed ingredient section names L-carnitine L-tartrate; the seller’s FAQ shortens this to L-carnitine.

What to check: Ask which form is actually on the current label, how much is provided and whether the amount refers to the compound or L-carnitine content. A biological role does not prove a benefit from this sachet.

  6. 06 / Resistant Dextrin

A fiber ingredient described by the seller as soluble prebiotic fiber.

What to check: Ask for grams per sachet and the source material. Fiber can affect digestive comfort; without an amount, its contribution to the total mixture cannot be evaluated.

  7. 07 / Psyllium Husk Powder

A fiber ingredient obtained from psyllium husk.

What to check: Ask for the amount, mixing directions, required fluid and warnings. Psyllium requires adequate liquid and can affect the timing of some medicines; check the label and ask a pharmacist.

What the landing page doesn’t establish

An illustrated ingredient list is not a substitute for the full label. We could not verify amounts for all seven ingredients, extract ratios, active-compound standardization, total fiber, or a complete list of other ingredients and allergens. Do not assume absent information means a particular amount is zero.

The seller states approximately 30 mg caffeine per sachet. That is useful to flag, but it does not identify the amount of green coffee bean extract, establish batch consistency or replace a current label. Read our Akemi Coffee Boost caffeine guide for the practical implications.

How to read ingredient research without overreaching

To apply a study to a product, first ask whether it used the same ingredient form, at a comparable amount, with a similar population and outcome. An isolated compound, a different extract or a much larger dose may not tell you what a small multi-ingredient sachet will do.

Evidence on one ingredient cannot establish how the full combination behaves. Neither “seven ingredients” nor a familiar plant name is a quality score. We do not infer finished-product effectiveness, purity or safety from ingredient presence alone.

Before buying, ask for these details

  • A readable current Supplement Facts panel with serving size, amounts and daily-value information where applicable.
  • The complete other-ingredients list, allergen information and source materials.
  • Extract forms, standardization and total caffeine per serving.
  • Fluid requirements, medicine precautions, storage and maximum-use directions.
  • A batch number and independent certificate of analysis covering identity and contaminants.

Compare those answers to what arrives. If the label differs materially from the offer or you cannot identify the ingredients, pause use and contact the seller. For broader buying context, see our Akemi Coffee Boost review.

Ingredient questions, answered

What is in Akemi Coffee Boost?

The seller lists green tea extract, green coffee bean extract, white kidney bean extract, mulberry leaf extract, L-carnitine L-tartrate, resistant dextrin and psyllium husk powder. Check the current label for the complete formulation and amounts.

Are exact ingredient amounts available in this guide?

No. A readable full current Supplement Facts panel and amounts were not verified in the reviewed sales material. We will not fill in missing quantities from similar products.

Does “natural” mean the ingredients are safe for everyone?

No. Botanical extracts, caffeine and fibers can have unwanted effects and interact with medicines. A clinician or pharmacist can help assess the actual label in the context of your health.
